மத்திய அரசு விருது பெற்றதாக மகிழ்ந்த முதல்வர், இந்தப் புள்ளி விவரம் பார்த்து முகத்தை எந்தப் பக்கம் வைத்துக் கொள்வார்? #Unemployment https://t.co/O7tjw9fmOy

DMK president M.K. Stalin expressed deep sorrow and outrage over official data published by the National Crime Records Bureau, which revealed that Tamil Nadu ranked second nationally in suicides among unemployed graduates. Stalin questioned how Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami could celebrate central governance awards while thousands of educated young men and women are driven to tragic despair due to the total absence of employment opportunities. He characterized these grim statistics as a devastating indictment of the AIADMK administration's economic failure and industrial stagnation.
Stalin observed that hundreds of thousands of engineering, arts, and science graduates pass out of state colleges each year with bright aspirations, only to encounter frozen public recruitment, widespread exam scandals, and stagnant private manufacturing sectors. The government's failure to generate skilled employment, attract productive capital investments, or support youth entrepreneurship has plunged working-class families into severe emotional and financial distress. He stated that losing talented educated youth to preventable despair is an intolerable societal tragedy.
Stalin urged the state administration to formulate an emergency youth employment strategy and fill thousands of vacant government posts immediately. He affirmed that the DMK will prioritize employment generation.
