DMK president M.K. Stalin demanded an immediate Central Bureau of Investigation inquiry into the massive recruitment scam uncovered in the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group 4 examinations. To ensure an impartial and transparent probe, Stalin insisted that Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami immediately dismiss Fisheries and Personnel Minister D. Jayakumar from the cabinet. He warned that if the state government failed to act decisively, the DMK Youth Wing would organize massive statewide condemnation protests to expose the ruling party's complicity in recruitment racketeering.
Stalin observed that thousands of diligent youths from underprivileged and rural backgrounds had spent years preparing for the Group 4 examinations, only to have their futures stolen by a criminal syndicate operating within government patronage networks. Evidence revealed that exam answers were systematically manipulated and fraudulent marks awarded in select exam centers like Rameswaram. Stalin condemned the state administration for attempting to limit the investigation to minor clerks while shielding powerful political bosses who profited from the corrupt enterprise.
Stalin asserted that the integrity of public service recruitments must be safeguarded at all costs. He affirmed that the DMK will persistently mobilize democratic protests until every criminal conspirator is brought to justice.
