DMK president M.K. He urged district secretaries to maintain constant surveillance over public distribution outlets, ensuring essential food grains reach marginalized communities without leakage or administrative delay. Stalin affirmed that genuine political stature is earned through diligent, empathetic service during moments of acute public vulnerability.
