Stalin highlighted the unconstitutional deprivation of Other Backward Class quotas in the All-India Quota of medical seats, pledging an uncompromising legal and political struggle to safeguard constitutional social justice for marginalized students. The collective leadership also denounced the central government's legislative attempts to dismantle state electrical autonomy and strip farmers of free power entitlements.

Stalin emphasized that democratic alliance solidarity remains the most potent instrument for defending public interests against authoritarian centralization and administrative paralysis.
