க. தொடர்ந்து போராடும்!

DMK president M.K. Stalin declared that reservation is a fundamental constitutional right established to dismantle systemic historical disparities and secure social justice for marginalized communities across India. Stalin noted that the collective agitation spearheaded by the DMK and its allied progressive political parties had resonated forcefully at the national level, creating significant political momentum for backward class rights.
Stalin characterized the mounting national debate as an encouraging initial triumph in the struggle to protect statutory educational quotas for backward classes in All India Quota medical seats. He highlighted that the DMK had instituted legal proceedings before the Madras High Court to challenge the Union government's arbitrary refusal to implement reservation in surrendered state seats. Bureaucratic resistance that denies students their legitimate statutory share of educational opportunities must be resisted through constitutional and legal remedies.
Stalin vowed that the DMK will persistently wage this multi-front struggle inside courtrooms and across public platforms until educational justice is secured. He called upon all progressive forces to unite in defending constitutional affirmative action, ensuring that backward communities obtain their equitable share of professional higher education.
