Stalin emphasized that the fatal infection of a high-ranking official operating within the apex corridors of power reveals the alarming vulnerability of public servants across state departments. If the Chief Minister's own secretariat cannot maintain foolproof health safeguards, the plight of subordinate employees working in crowded district offices, municipal centers, and local administrative bodies is unimaginably precarious. Stalin called upon Chief Minister Edappadi K.
