Dr. Kaur observed that without daily, transparent disclosure of testing volumes and localized positivity rates, an extraordinary and sudden decline in the epidemic curve appears completely inexplicable and scientifically questionable.

Stalin noted that when independent medical experts on the state's own advisory panels express confusion over official statistical trends, public confidence in the administration's health disclosures is completely shattered. Rather than manipulating statistical curves to create an illusion of control, the state government must uphold uncompromising scientific honesty. Suppressing infection figures or throttling diagnostic testing simply to claim artificial success in pandemic containment places community health in grave jeopardy across urban and rural settlements alike.

Stalin demanded that the Tamil Nadu government publish detailed daily epidemiological metrics, including sample processing numbers, testing backlogs, and district-level infection curves.
