Stalin emphasized that the recurrence of a catastrophic industrial explosion within the same public sector facility within two months points to severe managerial negligence, obsolete equipment, and a criminal disregard for workplace safety protocols. He stated that the management of NLC India Limited and Union Coal Ministry authorities cannot evade responsibility for recurring industrial disasters that jeopardize the lives of hardworking technical staff and contractual laborers. Stalin insisted that NLC must immediately disburse generous financial compensation and provide permanent employment opportunities to the kin of the deceased.
