Raju had been admitted to a designated medical facility after testing positive for the coronavirus contagion during the widespread transmission surge across southern districts.

Stalin observed that when senior cabinet ministers and executive officials actively engaged in public administration contract the infection, it underscores the unpredictable and pervasive nature of the contagion in the community. He noted that the virus spreads rapidly without distinctions of official hierarchy or social position, making it imperative for every citizen and frontline worker to practice rigorous personal precautions. Stalin emphasized that public servants who must interact frequently with community members face heightened occupational exposure and must take extraordinary precautions to protect themselves and their colleagues.
