The leadership assembly concluded with the unanimous adoption of ten comprehensive resolutions focusing on urgent coronavirus containment, legal action to secure fifty percent Other Backward Classes reservation in medical admissions, and relief for struggling domestic power consumers.

The committee resolved to organize a massive statewide black flag demonstration on July 21, directing cadres and citizens to hoist black flags outside their residences and voice condemnation against the AIADMK administration for levying exorbitant electricity charges during the pandemic. The resolutions also demanded financial assistance of five thousand rupees for poor families, transparent reporting of epidemic mortality, and waiver of agricultural loans.
