உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் தடை கோரியபடியே கமிட்டிக்கு வேறொருவரை அனுப்புகிறார் @CMOTamilNadu.

DMK president M.K. Stalin strongly criticized the AIADMK administration for playing a deceptive double game regarding other backward classes reservation in All India Quota medical seats. The Madras High Court had explicitly ordered the inclusion of Tamil Nadu's Health Secretary in the central committee established to resolve OBC quota implementation. However, Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami nominated an alternative official while simultaneously pursuing legal stays in the Supreme Court.
Stalin pointed out that this contradictory conduct exposes the ruling party's complete lack of sincerity toward social justice. He recalled that the state government previously exhibited similar duplicity on contentious issues like NEET and the National Education Policy, paying lip service to state interests while quietly cooperating with Union directives. Such duplicity undermines hard-won constitutional protections and confuses the public regarding the state's legal posture.
Demanding total transparency in defending backward class rights, Stalin urged the state administration to abandon political games and adhere strictly to judicial mandates. He affirmed that the DMK will persistently champion fifty percent OBC reservation in surrendered medical seats, ensuring equitable educational opportunities for backward communities without compromise.
