I strongly condemn #Hathras & #Balrampur rape cases which show the extent of atrocities & injustices faced by citizens under such a ruthless & cruel govt.
If @RahulGandhi can be manhandled for seeking #JusticeForIndiasDaughters what protects the common man from @myogiadityanath? https://t.co/Y3IPx6fiSI

DMK president M.K. Stalin voiced deep outrage and fierce condemnation over the gruesome sexual assault and murder cases in Hathras and Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, stating that these horrific crimes demonstrated the total breakdown of law and order under a ruthless state government. Stalin emphasized that the brutal gang-rapes of young women, followed by coercive police intimidation of surviving family members and secretive cremations, exposed a terrifying culture of administrative barbarism and impunity in the northern state.
Stalin strongly condemned the Uttar Pradesh police for physically manhandling, shoving, and detaining Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Member of Parliament Priyanka Gandhi when they attempted to visit Hathras to offer personal condolences to the victim's family. He questioned how ordinary citizens, particularly vulnerable Dalit and marginalized communities, could ever expect safety and justice from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's administration when prominent national leaders were assaulted for merely seeking accountability.
Stalin demanded immediate judicial intervention by the Supreme Court to oversee investigations into the crimes and administrative misconduct. He affirmed that the DMK stands in resolute solidarity with India's daughters demanding dignity and justice.
