DMK president M.K. Stalin addressed the Tiruchirappalli district Mupperum Vizha celebrations, hailing the central hub as the indestructible fortress of the Dravidian self-respect movement. Stalin condemned the incumbent AIADMK government for administrative paralysis, unbridled corruption, and betraying Tamil Nadu's financial and linguistic rights to the Union government. He emphasized that the people of Tamil Nadu were eagerly awaiting the 2021 legislative assembly elections to overthrow the corrupt administration and restore progressive, people-centric governance. Stalin urged party workers to maintain strict discipline, reach out to every household with the DMK's positive vision, and expose the misgovernance of the ruling dispensation.
