DMK president M.K. Stalin inaugurated a mega free employment fair organized by the DMK in Sankarankovil, Tenkasi district, connecting thousands of educated rural youth with leading private sector recruiters and industrial employers. Addressing the job aspirants, Stalin emphasized that generating productive, dignified employment for Tamil Nadu's younger generation is the topmost socioeconomic priority for the Dravidian movement. He commended the local party leadership for proactively bridging the divide between corporate job requirements and rural talent during a severe economic downturn.

Stalin condemned the ruling AIADMK government for acute administrative failure in industrial recruitment and public sector employment, leaving over ninety lakh youths registered on state employment exchanges without opportunities. He pointed out that corruption in state competitive recruitment boards and lack of state industrial incentives had crippled job creation across southern districts. Stalin promised that a future DMK administration would revitalize regional industrial corridors, support manufacturing clusters in southern districts, and organize regular job recruitment fairs.

The employment camp witnessed participation from dozens of corporate firms and thousands of rural candidates. Stalin urged the youth to cultivate modern technical skills and face career challenges with confidence.
