DMK president M.K. Stalin formally launched the massive statewide election campaign titled Vidiyalai Nokki Stalinin Kural, deploying fifteen frontline party leaders to tour constituencies across Tamil Nadu. Commencing symbolically from Thirukkuvalai, the historic birthplace of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, the outreach initiative was designed to connect directly with citizens, understand grassroots grievances, and articulate the DMK's transformative vision for the state. Stalin invited all sections of society to join the democratic journey toward renewal.

During the launch, Stalin emphasized that the campaign team would carry his message to every doorstep, engaging farmers, weavers, youth, women, and trade workers battered by a decade of AIADMK administrative apathy. He noted that the initiative represents a united popular movement to dismantle corruption, restore fiscal stability, and revitalize key economic sectors across urban and rural belts. Stalin stressed that frontline leaders would interact intimately with local communities to incorporate regional aspirations into the party's electoral manifesto.

The commencement of the tour energized grassroots DMK cadres and allied organizations across all districts. Stalin affirmed that collective democratic action would defeat divisive forces and usher in transparent governance in the 2021 assembly elections.
