DMK president M.K. Stalin addressed an impassioned Letter to Brethren urging party workers and democratic citizens to raise black flags across Tamil Nadu in protest against the Union government's three anti-farmer agricultural laws. Stalin called for complete mobilization during the statewide demonstration defending farmers' rights, sharply criticizing Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami for claiming agrarian credentials while functioning as an obedient collaborator of central corporate interests. He argued that hoisting black flags would tear away the deceptive mask worn by the ruling AIADMK leadership.

Stalin emphasized that the agrarian enactments represent a direct assault on the economic independence of cultivating households, threatening the livelihood security of millions of rural workers and agricultural families. He highlighted the remarkable bravery of northern farmers who advanced through tear gas and barricades toward New Delhi, declaring that Tamil Nadu must stand at the vanguard of this historic struggle. Stalin asserted that democratic mobilization remains the only effective means to confront authoritarian policymaking.
