செவிலியர்கள், மாநில அரசை எதிர்த்து போராட்டம் நடத்துகிறார்கள்.

DMK president M.K. Stalin condemned the Union government attempts to enact legislation permitting online pharmacy trade, noting that over two crore pharmacists, chemists, and allied medical professionals across the country were fiercely resisting the corporate move. Stalin warned that unrestricted online medicine distribution poses grave public health risks, encourages unregulated sales of prescription drugs, and threatens the livelihoods of millions of neighborhood retail chemists who have faithfully served local communities for decades.
Simultaneously, Stalin expressed strong solidarity with government nurses who were staging continuous protests across Tamil Nadu demanding permanent employment regularization, fair wages, and dignified working conditions. He criticized both the Union and state governments for callousness toward frontline healthcare personnel who risked their lives during the coronavirus pandemic. Stalin asserted that forcing life-saving medical workers and health professionals to abandon their essential duties and take to the streets in protest is deeply unjust, ungrateful, and administratively irresponsible.
The intervention provided powerful political support to the agitating medical fraternity across the state. Stalin demanded that both central and state administrations immediately address the legitimate grievances of chemists and healthcare workers with genuine compassion.
