DMK president M.K. Stalin launched a searing critique against Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami, questioning whether taking out extravagant full-page newspaper advertisements could ever transform an incompetent ruler into a genuine state leader. Stalin pointed out that while the AIADMK dispensation squandered public funds on self-promotional media blitzes, it had systematically surrendered the constitutional rights, financial autonomy, and dignity of Tamil Nadu to its political masters in New Delhi.
Stalin asserted that the people of Tamil Nadu recognized the true character of the ruling administration as a toxic blend of administrative incompetence, unbridled arrogance, and pervasive corruption. He cited the state abject capitulation on critical matters such as the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, the Goods and Services Tax compensation deficits, the three controversial central farm laws, and national language policies. Stalin emphasized that real political leadership demanded courage to defend the state rights against central encroachment rather than acting as a compliant subordinate.
The hard-hitting critique captured widespread attention across political circles in the state. Stalin reaffirmed the DMK unwavering resolve to reclaim state autonomy and restore federal dignity for Tamil Nadu.
