DMK president and Kolathur legislator M.K. Stalin undertook an extensive inspection and dedication tour of his constituency on February 23, 2021, inaugurating several major community infrastructure projects. Stalin opened a modern public laundry facility constructed to provide safe, mechanized, and hygienic working conditions for traditional washerfolk communities. He also inaugurated a sports arena equipped for youth athletic training and laid foundation stones for additional neighborhood civic works funded through legislative allocations.

A key highlight of the visit was Stalin interaction with graduating students at the Anitha Achievers Academy, a pioneering free skill development and coaching center established in honor of medical aspirant Anitha. Stalin distributed merit certificates, career prizes, and educational kits to young men and women who successfully completed vocational training, computer applications, and competitive exam courses. He commended their determination, encouraging them to pursue higher career ambitions with confidence and self-reliance.

Constituency residents, students, and parent associations lauded Stalin sustained dedication to community empowerment across Kolathur. His integrated initiatives in Kolathur, combining modern physical infrastructure with accessible skill education, demonstrated a holistic model of constituency development and social justice.
