Addressing mammoth gatherings across newly created Tirupattur district, DMK president M.K. Stalin led an energetic campaign through Jolarpet, Vaniyambadi, Ambur, and Tirupattur constituencies on March 29, 2021. Stalin appealed to the electorate to reject AIADMK candidates and vote decisively for Secular Progressive Alliance nominees, asserting that the district industrial vitality and social harmony had been severely undermined by arbitrary central policies and the state government indifference.
Stalin focused on the problems facing the premier leather manufacturing and export hubs in Ambur and Vaniyambadi, promising state-backed modernization grants, zero-liquid-discharge effluent treatment facilities, and reduced regulatory hassles to protect hundreds of thousands of jobs. For Jolarpet railway junction and Tirupattur town, he pledged to build modern bypass roads, expand government arts and science colleges, and establish industrial training institutes. He strongly reiterated the DMK unyielding commitment to defending minority community rights and preserving communal fraternity against divisive politics.
Stalin inclusive message drew widespread acclaim from leather factory workers, minority community elders, and small merchants across the district. His clear developmental vision reinforced popular trust in his leadership, ensuring robust electoral backing for the Secular Progressive Alliance.
