Kuppam, he committed to revitalizing the handloom and powerloom weaving sectors with subsidized electricity, setting up a specialized match factory cluster, and ensuring fair prices for sugarcane farmers. He highlighted that Vellore medical, educational, and commercial infrastructure would receive major state support to create local employment.
