He pointed out that delays in monthly salaries inflicted severe financial hardship on ordinary clerks, teachers, and municipal staff struggling with loan payments, rent, and household expenditures. Stalin gave a firm guarantee that an incoming DMK government would rectify portal bottlenecks, streamline payroll software, and ensure that every government employee receives their rightful salary on the exact designated date without failure.
