Conducting direct on-site verification of critical medical supply chains, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin visited the industrial cryogenic manufacturing plant of Inox Air Products located in Sriperumbudur. Stalin inspected round-the-clock liquid medical oxygen synthesis, cryogenic tank storage, and high-pressure tanker filling operations, reviewing logistics protocols with plant engineers and state health officials to ensure uninterrupted fuel and distribution networks for hospitals across Tamil Nadu.

Following the detailed operational review, the Chief Minister announced that through swift state interventions, aggressive coordination with manufacturers, and optimized logistical routing, the acute oxygen deficit that previously threatened patient safety had been largely resolved. Stalin explained that his administration implemented comprehensive long-term measures, including installing onsite pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation units at all government medical colleges and expanding cryogenic storage tanks, to ensure the state never encounters oxygen distress in the future. He commended plant technicians and tanker drivers for their dedicated emergency service.

Stalin hands-on industrial inspection highlighted his proactive governance in securing vital healthcare supplies.
