Marking significant progress in his flagship citizen outreach initiative, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced that out of 1,52,000 grievance petitions scrutinized during the preliminary phase under the newly established Ungal Thoguthiyil Mudhalamaichar department, 3,750 public petitions achieved comprehensive resolution within statutory timelines. On the auspicious occasion of Kalaignar 98th birth anniversary, Stalin personally invited twelve beneficiary petitioners to the Secretariat in Chennai, handing over official sanction orders, welfare pensions, and land titles directly.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed his pre-election solemn pledge to resolve public grievances within one hundred days of assuming executive office, emphasizing that transparent, time-bound grievance redressal constitutes the core metric of democratic governance. Stalin reviewed progress across district monitoring wings, directing nodal officers to investigate remaining petitions with utmost urgency, administrative empathy, and inter-departmental synergy. He reiterated that no citizen representation submitted during election tours would be dismissed casually, asserting that the DMK government exists solely to serve ordinary people and resolve their everyday struggles.
