On the occasion of International MSME Day, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin extended warm felicitations and strong institutional solidarity to micro, small, and medium enterprise entrepreneurs and workers across Tamil Nadu. Recognizing MSMEs as the vital backbone of the state industrial economy and the foremost creator of decentralized employment, Stalin affirmed that the DMK government will stand firmly beside enterprise owners in navigating economic hardships caused by pandemic lockdowns.

The Chief Minister outlined multi-pronged policy measures to assist distressed industrial units in achieving rapid financial rehabilitation and operational normalcy. Stalin announced that his administration is designing tailored credit guarantee mechanisms, working capital subsidies, interest subvention programs, and simplified single-window clearance systems to catalyze new startup ventures. He emphasized that the government is committed to creating a resilient industrial ecosystem where small enterprises can overcome market vulnerabilities and expand into global export supply chains.

Stalin encouraging message provided timely morale and confidence to hundreds of thousands of small entrepreneurs statewide.
