Looking ahead proactively to insulate the state against potential future viral resurgences, Stalin sanctioned a fresh allocation of 100 crore rupees from the relief fund specifically earmarked for third-wave preparatory measures. This dedicated corpus finances the establishment of specialized pediatric intensive care units, advanced neonatal ventilators, oxygen storage tanks at taluk hospitals, and additional testing laboratories across all thirty-eight districts. Stalin expressed heartfelt gratitude to philanthropic institutions, corporate entities, and ordinary citizens who generously contributed to the relief fund.
