Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the high-tech CM Dashboard and integrated information display room at the Secretariat in Chennai, ushering in a new era of data-driven digital governance for Tamil Nadu. Describing the system as the direct watchful eye of the state administration, Stalin explained that the digital console provides instant, real-time metrics on the execution of government schemes, departmental expenditures, citizen grievance redressals, and infrastructure project timelines.

The centralized dashboard aggregates operational data from all government departments and district administrations, allowing the Chief Minister and chief secretary to review key performance indicators without administrative delay. Interactive screens display live updates on hospital bed availability, dam water levels, crime reports, welfare fund disbursements, and public distribution supplies. Stalin noted that real-time digital tracking eliminates procedural red tape, pinpoints bottlenecks immediately, and ensures that bureaucratic lethargy does not stall public benefits.

Stalin declared that administrative transparency and absolute accountability constitute the governing philosophy of his administration. By leveraging modern information technology for executive monitoring, Stalin set a national benchmark in responsive e-governance, ensuring that state machinery delivers results efficiently for every citizen.
