Chief Minister M.K. Stalin declared that constitutional principles of social justice and equal opportunity provide common ground for nationwide political mobilization supporting Tamil Nadu's ongoing struggle against the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Reaffirming his government's resolve to dismantle the centralized medical examination, Stalin asserted that unified democratic solidarity across states will ultimately secure victory for marginalized students.

Stalin pointed out that the single national entrance test discriminates against rural and economically disadvantaged youth who lack access to expensive private coaching academies. He emphasized that education and healthcare delivery are regional responsibilities best managed by state administrations familiar with local socioeconomic realities. According to Stalin, imposing rigid entrance testing erodes federal rights, concentrates medical education among privileged groups, and severely undermines the public healthcare workforce built over decades in Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister called upon progressive political formations, civil society organizations, and regional parties across India to coordinate their legislative efforts. He reiterated that reservation and equitable access represent fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution, not administrative charity. Stalin vowed that Tamil Nadu will persist in utilizing all legal and political avenues to protect student welfare.
