Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the keynote address at a high-level national webinar focused on advancing the struggle for social justice and establishing an integrated national framework for affirmative action. Convening progressive thinkers, legal luminaries, and political leaders from across India, Stalin emphasized that securing proportional representation for marginalized communities requires nationwide democratic coordination and sustained ideological commitment.
The Chief Minister highlighted that economic inequality and social exclusion cannot be dismantled without universal access to education and public sector employment. He detailed Tamil Nadu's successful implementation of sixty-nine percent reservation, demonstrating that affirmative action accelerates industrial growth, enhances administrative efficiency, and fosters social cohesion. Stalin pointed out that centralized educational examinations and privatization policies threaten to roll back these hard-won gains, necessitating an organized resistance from federalist and progressive parties.
Stalin urged delegates to collaborate closely under the umbrella of the All India Federation for Social Justice. He pledged that Tamil Nadu will provide organizational and research backing to formulate a common national blueprint, ensuring that backward communities, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and minorities achieve equitable representation throughout India.
