Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched the ambitious flagship initiative Naan Mudhalvan, designed to equip the vibrant youth of the state with modern technical capabilities and industry-ready skills for the emerging global digital economy. Hailing the launch date as a golden day in his personal life, Stalin outlined an expansive pedagogical framework that introduces advanced subjects, including computer coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, directly into school and collegiate curricula.
The Chief Minister emphasized that Naan Mudhalvan aims to transform Tamil Nadu into a premier powerhouse of highly skilled, globally competitive talent. By bridging the critical gap between academic instruction and industry requirements, the program provides comprehensive career counseling, technical training, foreign language fluency, and vocational certifications to over ten lakh college students annually across all districts of the state.
Stalin reiterated that human capital development represents the beating heart of the Dravidian model of governance. He stated that empowering youth with cutting-edge technological competencies ensures equitable social mobility, attracts high-value foreign direct investments, and establishes Tamil Nadu as an undisputed pioneer in knowledge-driven industrial transformation across South Asia.
