DMK president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin issued a resolute ideological statement affirming that the DMK will forever stand as both a sword and a shield to protect the rights, culture, and autonomy of the Tamil people. Addressing political adversaries and hostile sectarian forces, Stalin asserted that regardless of the deceitful disguises, manufactured falsehoods, and venomous attacks unleashed by political opponents, the party remains unshakeable in defending the state interests.

Stalin emphasized that the ideological foundations laid down by rationalist leader Periyar E.V. Ramasamy, former Chief Minister C.N. Annadurai, and M. Karunanidhi provide the party with moral clarity and political resilience. He stated that the Dravidian movement was forged through decades of struggle to eradicate caste inequality, champion linguistic rights, and secure democratic federalism against authoritarian centralization.

The Chief Minister reaffirmed that the DMK government will continue to prioritize social justice, equal opportunities for all communities, and progressive welfare governance.
