(3/6) https://t.co/gXvsuFgzJN

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin expressed immense pride while inspecting the Saint-Gobain industrial complex in Sriperumbudur, highlighting that the French multinational represents the single largest location investment in the state industrial history. Stalin emphasized that the massive manufacturing hub has generated direct and indirect employment opportunities for thousands of skilled youth, noting with particular satisfaction that the vast majority of workforce members are local Tamil professionals and technicians.
The Chief Minister underscored that sustained private capital investments in world-class manufacturing infrastructure stimulate regional economies, support local supply chain vendors, and foster specialized technical ecosystems. He commended Saint-Gobain for maintaining long-term confidence in Tamil Nadu policy stability, civic infrastructure, and skilled engineering pool, evolving from an initial glass factory into an expansive multi-product manufacturing campus.
Stalin asserted that the success of Saint-Gobain in Sriperumbudur stands as a global testament to Tamil Nadu investor-friendly climate under the Dravidian model of governance. The state government remains dedicated to facilitating industrial expansion, fostering inclusive industrial corridors, and ensuring that economic investments translate directly into high-quality jobs, fair wages, and sustained prosperity for local communities.
