Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin conveyed heartfelt thanks to representatives from various national and state political parties who attended the inauguration of the party New Delhi headquarters. Stalin noted that leaders across regional divides gathered out of genuine affection for the Dravidian movement and respect for its consistent advocacy of democratic liberties. He commended their collective presence as a historic display of mutual fellowship and democratic solidarity.
The Chief Minister underscored that maintaining a resilient bridge of communication and cooperation among democratic parties is imperative to safeguarding the nation constitutional architecture. Stalin warned that attempts to concentrate power at the Centre undermine the federal spirit and threaten regional cultural autonomy. He stressed that diverse political movements must set aside secondary differences and coordinate closely on national issues, including state rights, judicial independence, and economic equality.
Stalin reaffirmed that the DMK stands ready to act as a catalyst for nationwide democratic collaboration. He pledged that the party New Delhi office will actively foster inter-party consultations, guaranteeing that southern perspectives on federalism and progressive welfare enrich national political decisions.
