Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin highlighted that within just ten months of assuming power, his government presented a transformative state budget designed to realize the historic ideal of everything for everyone. Speaking at a statewide public meeting, Stalin emphasized that the Dravidian Model budget combines fiscal responsibility with ambitious social welfare investments, prioritizing public healthcare, quality school education, industrial employment, and direct financial security for working families across the state.

The Chief Minister observed that creating visionary policies and achieving administrative milestones represents only half the governance duty. The equally essential half lies in actively taking these accomplishments and welfare benefits directly to every household in every neighborhood and village. Stalin called upon party cadres, legislators, and civic representatives to organize neighborhood outreach campaigns, explaining budgetary provisions and assisting eligible citizens in accessing government welfare programs without intermediaries.

Stalin reaffirmed that the Dravidian model governance is rooted in measurable social upliftment and participatory democracy.
