Stalin observed that witnessing thousands of politically conscious students, researchers, and youth leaders engage in serious deliberations on constitutional governance filled him with immense optimism for the democratic future of Tamil Nadu and India.

The party president remarked that the grand assembly revived the historic spirit of Dravidian youth conventions that historically redefined the political landscape of southern India. He noted that the high intellectual standard of debate and the enthusiastic attendance throughout every session demonstrated that modern youth remain deeply invested in social justice, linguistic rights, and regional self-respect.

Stalin emphasized that the success of the conference proved that progressive ideals continue to captivate emerging generations despite widespread reactionary propaganda. He stated that seeing young minds boldly champion federalism and equal opportunity reinforces the party resolve to resist authoritarian centralisation.
