Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin declared that the DMK government will relentlessly pursue the path of social democracy and federal autonomy paved by historic luminaries including Sir Pitti Theagaraya Chetty, K. Kamaraj, C.N. Annadurai, M. Karunanidhi, and M.G. Ramachandran. Stalin asserted that walking the Dravidian model path requires uncompromising determination to reclaim state rights and constitutional liberties encroached upon by centralizing tendencies.
The Chief Minister stressed that Tamil Nadu social progress was built through successive generations of visionary leadership that institutionalized mass education, affirmative action, and universal healthcare. He pointed out that defending these historic achievements against contemporary centralization in education, fiscal resources, and linguistic rights forms the principal duty of the state administration.
Stalin affirmed that the Dravidian model combines ideological clarity with pragmatic governance, ensuring that economic growth translates into equitable benefits for all citizens. He called upon the people of Tamil Nadu to stand united in safeguarding their hard-won self-respect and democratic privileges. Concluding his remarks, Stalin pledged that his government will remain steadfast in protecting state autonomy, advancing social justice, and securing equal rights for every citizen across the state.
