Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin held a high-level consultative meeting with industry associations and business federation leaders in Coimbatore to review manufacturing performance and industrial infrastructure. Business delegates expressed gratitude to the state administration for providing uninterrupted electric power supply, streamlining regulatory approvals, and maintaining accessible governance that actively listens to the operational concerns of micro, small, and medium enterprises.
During the dialogue, industry representatives submitted memoranda detailing operational requirements, including raw material price stabilization, infrastructure enhancements in industrial estates, and export logistics facilitation. Stalin assured the gathered entrepreneurs that the government is carefully examining each request and will fulfill their legitimate demands in a progressive, well-structured manner.
The Chief Minister highlighted that Coimbatore serves as an essential engine of Tamil Nadu industrial prowess, engineering excellence, and employment creation. He declared that the state government is executing focused investment policies to transform the western region into a globally competitive manufacturing hub. Stalin reiterated that collaborative partnership between government machinery and industrial stakeholders remains vital to achieving the ambitious goal of making Tamil Nadu a one-trillion-dollar economy by the year 2030.
