Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the keynote address at an official welfare distribution ceremony organized by the district administration in Sivaganga. Stalin distributed essential livelihood implements, educational grants, housing patta documents, and self-help group revolving credit funds to thousands of local beneficiaries. He stated that the extensive distribution of state welfare benefits reflects his administration's determination to ensure government services reach every family in historically backward southern districts.

The Chief Minister stressed that his administration evaluates administrative performance by how effectively welfare programs alleviate rural poverty and enhance citizens' everyday living conditions. Stalin noted that programs supporting rural women, such as subsidized micro-credit and entrepreneurial skill development, have revitalized household finances across Sivaganga. By directly transferring financial aid and productive assets to beneficiaries, the government eliminates bureaucratic intermediaries and empowers rural women to become independent income earners.

Stalin urged district officials to maintain proactive public grievance redressal mechanisms, ensuring prompt administrative responses to citizen petitions. He affirmed that the Dravidian model of governance will continue funneling budgetary resources into rural employment, public healthcare, and educational infrastructure to secure comprehensive regional progress.
