Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced that his administration is executing comprehensive development projects to align students, industrial workers, and manufacturing facilities with Fourth Industrial Revolution requirements. Stalin highlighted key state interventions, including the Naan Mudhalvan skill training mission, the planned Knowledge City, dedicated research parks, and mini TIDEL parks. He stated that these modern facilities are designed to decentralize technological opportunities, extending high-value industrial growth into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister explained that rapid shifts toward automation, artificial intelligence, and smart manufacturing demand modern curricula and advanced technical infrastructure. By establishing specialized skill centers and industrial parks in smaller towns, the government prevents urban migration and generates high-quality technical jobs locally. Stalin noted that collaborations with academic institutions and multinational corporations will ensure state polytechnics and engineering colleges deliver relevant vocational training.

Stalin reaffirmed that the Dravidian model of economic planning combines industrial modernization with equitable regional growth. He emphasized that every district in Tamil Nadu will possess the infrastructure required to host knowledge-driven enterprises. The Chief Minister stated that these strategic investments will position Tamil Nadu as a leading technology hub in South Asia.
