DMK president and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin declared that public leaders accountable to citizens and their conscience should dismiss baseless falsehoods spread by political detractors seeking cheap publicity. Addressing party cadres and the public, Stalin emphasized that progressive governance cannot afford distractions caused by manufactured controversies or malicious propaganda. He urged the people of Tamil Nadu to maintain an indifferent stance toward dishonest critics and concentrate collective energy on achieving developmental milestones.
Stalin pointed out that opposition elements frequently resort to distortion and rhetorical theatrics when unable to present substantive policy alternatives or critique actual administrative performance. By contrast, the state government remains anchored in evidence-based developmental programs, welfare delivery, and large-scale industrial investments that benefit ordinary households. Stalin affirmed that public trust serves as the sole measuring stick of democratic legitimacy, making unprincipled political noise inconsequential to state progress.
The Chief Minister called upon party workers to respond to detractors through constructive public service and dedicated community outreach. Stalin reaffirmed that Tamil Nadu's collective focus must remain steadfastly centered on economic growth, social justice, educational expansion, and sustainable infrastructure development for all sections of society.
