Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin delivered the keynote address at the massive livelihood hope conference organized by the JACTO-GEO federation of government employees and teachers in Chennai. Stalin recalled how former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi had always prioritized the economic dignity and professional rights of teachers and public workers, settling major pay anomalies and granting pensions. He assured the gathering that his administration is systematically examining employee demands regarding pensions, regularizations, and promotional avenues.

Stalin affirmed that despite stringent fiscal constraints inherited from the previous administration, his government will ensure that the rightful entitlements of teachers and employees are progressively fulfilled.
