Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin participated in the state-level conference organized by JACTO-GEO, the apex federation of government employees and teachers associations, in Chennai. Addressing thousands of delegates, teachers, and public servants, Stalin stated that he attended the gathering not merely as Chief Minister, but humbly as the foremost servant of the people, expressing deep gratitude for their vital role in public administration.
The Chief Minister described government employees and school teachers as the indispensable backbone and breathing life of the state administration, without whose tireless efforts government welfare schemes cannot reach citizens. Stalin recalled that historic DMK governments under M. Karunanidhi had consistently addressed their service demands, pay revisions, and welfare entitlements with unmatched generosity. He assured the federation that his administration remains acutely sensitive to their livelihood concerns, including pension demands and service regularizations.
Stalin declared that the Dravidian Model government will fulfill not only the promises made in its manifesto, but also unannounced welfare measures as state finances improve. His reassuring address renewed mutual trust between the administration and public workforce and dedicated educators across Tamil Nadu.
