Under the prestigious two-year fellowship, high-achieving postgraduate professionals and domain specialists selected through a rigorous statewide examination are assigned directly to key government departments, special initiative monitoring cells, and district administrations. Fellows work alongside senior civil servants to formulate data-driven policy recommendations, evaluate ongoing welfare schemes, identify service delivery bottlenecks, and propose technological interventions to optimize public welfare delivery across Tamil Nadu.
