Highlighting signature health interventions such as Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam—which delivers non-communicable disease screening and essential medicines straight to citizens' doorsteps—and the Innuyir Kaappoon emergency trauma scheme covering critical initial hospitalization costs, Stalin noted that public health policy must proactively reach vulnerable populations. The state government is continuously modernizing district hospitals, expanding pediatric intensive care units, and establishing urban wellness clinics to bridge metropolitan and rural healthcare access gaps.

Stalin urged healthcare practitioners to prioritize empathetic, affordable patient care while embracing modern telemedicine and digital health technologies. Reaffirming high budgetary outlays for health infrastructure, the Chief Minister pledged that Tamil Nadu will continue ensuring high-quality, comprehensive medical care remains accessible to every citizen regardless of income.
