In his New Year message welcoming 2023, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin reflected on the state's remarkable developmental achievements during 2022, describing it as an inspiring period of all-round economic and administrative resurgence. Stalin rallied citizens and youth to march forward into 2023 with renewed energy, aiming to elevate Tamil Nadu into a premier global hub of innovation, enterprise, and social justice.
The Chief Minister emphasized that youth empowerment remains the cornerstone of the Dravidian Model of governance. Through flagship programs such as the Naan Mudhalvan skill enhancement initiative, the state has actively equipped college students and rural youth with technical proficiency, emerging industry skills, and professional confidence to succeed in competitive global markets. Economic investments attracted across diverse industrial corridors have opened up extensive employment avenues statewide.
Stalin asserted that the administration will accelerate development initiatives across education, public healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and infrastructure modernization throughout 2023. Calling upon the youth to harness their full potential, he reaffirmed his government's resolve to build an inclusive society where equitable growth, technological advancement, and human dignity guide every public policy decision.
