Chief Minister M.K. Stalin commemorated the birth centenary of Arutchelvar Pollachi Dr. N. Mahalingam, paying glowing tributes to a versatile visionary who left an indelible imprint across industry, classical literature, spiritual philosophy, political governance, technical education, and social service.
