Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated a specialized scientific conference on Ear, Nose, Throat, Head, and Neck Medical Science conducted entirely in the Tamil language, organized through the initiative of renowned ENT surgeon Dr. Mohan Kameswaran in Chennai. Expressing immense pride at the linguistic milestone, Stalin commended the organizing medical fraternity for proving that advanced clinical concepts, complex surgical techniques, and modern pathology can be articulated with precision in Tamil.

The Chief Minister observed that the historic slogan Tamil everywhere, Tamil in everything is realized through practical implementations where modern sciences and technical disciplines adopt Tamil as their medium of discourse. He emphasized that cultivating scientific and medical knowledge in the mother tongue democratizes education, allowing healthcare professionals to communicate complex diagnoses, preventative care, and treatment procedures clearly to ordinary patients without language barriers.

Stalin declared that just as classical Tamil literature historically nurtured ethical philosophy and moral righteousness, contemporary Tamil must energetically nurture scientific and medical progress. He pledged that the state government will support medical glossary creation, Tamil medical textbook translations, and regional research journals, ensuring that local youth can pursue cutting-edge scientific disciplines in their native language.
