Chief Minister M.K. Stalin conducted extensive on-site inspections across Salem district as part of the ongoing Kala Aayvil Mudhalvar initiative, assessing administrative responsiveness and infrastructure development in the western zone. Stalin visited the Omalur taluk office to review revenue administration, land record updates, and social security pension disbursements, interacting directly with visiting petitioners and revenue officials to evaluate service delivery speed.

Following the administrative review, the Chief Minister inspected the construction site of the modern two-tier bus terminal in Salem. He reviewed engineering blueprints with municipal engineers and district officials from Salem, Namakkal, Dharmapuri, and Krishnagiri, directing contractors to maintain high structural standards and adhere strictly to project deadlines. Stalin emphasized that upgrading regional transportation hubs is critical to accommodating growing passenger traffic, reducing commercial congestion, and supporting regional industrial corridors.

Stalin stressed that direct field reviews by the head of government prevent administrative inertia and ensure public funds translate efficiently into durable community assets.
