Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin conveyed warm birthday greetings and sincere congratulations to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, wishing him robust health, happiness, and a long life dedicated to public service. In his goodwill message, Stalin commended Kumar for his decades of administrative leadership in Bihar and acknowledged his significant national contributions toward defending the secular foundations, pluralistic identity, and cooperative federal character of the Indian republic.

Stalin emphasized that the democratic health of the nation depends upon experienced regional leaders who prioritize social welfare, institutional propriety, and inter-state solidarity. As heads of state governments facing centralized fiscal pressures and administrative interference from the Union government, regional chief ministers bear a profound responsibility to safeguard state rights and advocate for marginalized populations. Stalin highlighted that Kumar's ongoing efforts to consolidate democratic forces nationally align closely with Tamil Nadu's vision of federal pluralism.

The message underscores the cordial political partnership and mutual respect shared between the leaders of Tamil Nadu and Bihar. Reaffirming the DMK's fraternal goodwill toward the people of Bihar, Stalin expressed confidence that Kumar will continue to provide inspiring leadership in protecting democratic values across the country.
