அவர்களிடம் சகோதரவுணர்வும் தமிழ்நாட்டில் பணிபுரிகிறோம் என்ற பாதுகாப்புணர்வுமே மேலோங்கியுள்ளது.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin made an unannounced field visit to an industrial glove manufacturing facility in the Kavalkinaru region of Tirunelveli district, interacting directly with interstate migrant workers employed on the shop floor. In the wake of malicious rumors and disinformation circulated online regarding their security, Stalin spoke personally with workers hailing from northern Indian states, inquiring about their workplace conditions, living quarters, compensation, and daily peace of mind.
The workers informed the Chief Minister that they experience complete communal harmony, professional dignity, and absolute physical safety while living and working in Tamil Nadu. Reassuring them warmly, Stalin stated that the cultural ethos of Tamil society is rooted in welcoming and protecting all diligent working people regardless of their native language or state of origin. He affirmed that his administration stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the migrant workforce, recognizing their valuable contribution to Tamil Nadu's industrial output.
Stalin reiterated that district administrations and state law enforcement agencies have established dedicated multilingual helplines and proactive factory outreach patrols. He warned that antisocial elements attempting to sow discord or disrupt communal harmony will face stringent legal penalties. Demonstrating on-the-ground solidarity, Stalin reassured migrant communities of their secure future in the state.
